ADA University and Ethiopia's Foreign Service Institute have signed a memorandum of understanding, Report informs.
The signing ceremony at Ethiopia's Foreign Service Institute was attended by Azerbaijani Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova, representatives of Ethiopian state and government bodies, members of the diplomatic corps, scholars and experts working in international relations, representatives of the academic community and students.
Speaking on "Azerbaijan and Ethiopia: Developing interparliamentary dialogue, cooperation and multilateralism," Gafarova said relations between the two countries are developing successfully both bilaterally and within international organizations.
Referring to Azerbaijan's innovative public administration experience, Gafarova described the successful application of the ASAN service model in Ethiopia through the MESOB Service Center as an example of mutually beneficial cooperation.
"A partnership based on trust and the exchange of knowledge and experience forms the basis for joint development and sustainable progress. ADA University, one of Azerbaijan's leading higher education institutions, makes an important contribution to the development of international academic ties under the leadership of Rector Hafiz Pashayev. In this regard, the memorandum of understanding signed today between ADA University and Ethiopia's Foreign Service Institute will serve to expand cooperation in science and education and further strengthen friendly relations between our countries," she said.
