Budget transfers from customs authorities up by 12% in Azerbaijan

In January-November 2023, the budget transfers from the State Customs Committee (SCC) amounted to 5,718,589,000 manats ($3.36 billion), up 12.4% from January-November 2022, Report informs, citing the Committee.
In the reporting period, revenues from customs duties increased by 18.6% to 1,495,432,000 manats ($0.88 billion), from value-added tax (VAT) grew by 9.8% to 3,977,978,000 manats ($2.34 billion), from excise taxes went up by 37.4% to 205.91 million manats ($121.12 million), and from road tax dropped by 31.5% to 39.269 million manats ($23.1 million).
