Azerbaijani manat's nominal and real effective exchange rates down

As of January 1 of this year, the nominal effective exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat compared to foreign currencies was 102 points.
Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that this is 0.8 points less compared to the month, and 6.8 points more compared to January 1, 2023.
By the end of December last year, the real effective exchange rate of the manat was 121.4 points. This is 1 point less than the monthly comparison, and 0.9 points less than the end of December 2023.
