Azerbaijan's budget surplus down by 32%

In January, Azerbaijan’s budget revenues stood at 3,465,900,000 manats ($2.038 billion) and expenditures at 1,723,700,000 manats ($1.013 billion), respectively, down 13.5% and up 18.2% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
Consequently, the surplus amounted to 1,742,200,000 manats ($1.024 billion), 31.6% less than the previous year.
