Azerbaijan sees 3% growth in oil exports

Azerbaijan exported 11,752,575.69 tons of crude oil and crude oil products from bituminous rocks worth $7,220,253,420 in January-May 2023, respectively, up 3.2% and down 10.4% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
In the reporting period, the exports of these products constituted 44.81% of total exports.
During the five months of 2023, Azerbaijan’s total exports amounted to $22.953 billion. Of this, $16.114 billion made up exports, while $6.839 billion were imports.
