Minister: Special education institutions may reopen

"There are very few special education institutions in our country. So, we think it is necessary to reopen them, " Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said at a briefing on the organization of classes in educational establishments amid the special quarantine regime.
Report quotes the minister as saying that there is no problem of increased density of students in special education.
