Anar Karimov: Construction of Victory Museum will begin after its approval

The construction of the Victory Museum depends on its project, Report informs, citing Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Anar Karimov.
"Once the project is prepared and approved, we will start construction," the minister said.
"It will be a magnificent complex and museum. It will probably be one of the unique places in the world," he added.
