Azerbaijan Grand Prix places great emphasis on volunteer training

Great importance has been attached to the training of volunteers for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Head of the Human Resources and Workforce Department at Baku City Circuit Operations Company Irana Ahmadova told journalists, Report informs.

She recalled that volunteers support the organization of the race:

"The most exciting moments of the race are already underway. Formula 1 volunteers are an integral part of the Baku City Circuit. They support us in all the areas that are important to us. Great importance has also been attached to the training of volunteers. They will perform their duties at a high level."

Irana Ahmadova noted that a record number of applications was registered for the volunteer program:

"Interest in the race is steadily increasing every year. Those who want to become volunteers apply to us. This time, we received 49,000 applications. All of them are valuable to us. However, we had to make a selection."

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix will conclude on September 26.
