Housing prises on rise in Baku

In August 2021, prices for individual houses, including summer houses/cottages, in Baku increased by 6.76% compared to the previous month.
Compared to the same period last year, the prices rose by 5.39%, said Nusrat Ibrahimov, chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, director-general of the MBA consulting and appraisal company, and an expert on the real estate market.
"Rental prices for individual houses and cottages decreased by 0.66% during the month, and by 7.69% compared to the same period last year," Ibrahimov said.
