Cargo transportation by railway in Azerbaijan down by nearly 14%

In January of this year, 553,481 tons of cargo (-13.7%) worth $242,605,000 (-23.8%) were transported by railway in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, 221,477 tons of cargo (-12.8%) worth $66,169,000 (-72.1%) were exported by railway transport, while 332,400 tons (-14.3%) worth $176,436,000 (-5.7%) were imported.
