Azerbaijan increases leather imports from Turkiye by 59%

In January-July of this year, Azerbaijan imported leather and leather products worth $11,792 million (+58.7%) from Turkiye, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters' Assembly.
Only in July 2022, Turkiye exported leather and leather products worth $0.956 million to Azerbaijan, which is 2.1 times more than the previous year.
In the first seven months of this year, the value of Turkiye's total export of leather and leather products increased by 21% year-on-year to $1.134 billion and in June by 8% to $0.156 billion.
