Graduated from the bachelor's and master's programs in journalism at Baku Asia University. Has worked in various media outlets since 2003. Has been working at Report News Agency since 2023. In 2025, he was awarded the Taraggi (Progress) Medal by the order of President Ilham Aliyev.
