King Charles congratulates President Ilham Aliyev

King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 – Independence Day of Azerbaijan.

According to Report, the letter says:
