Chile eyes canceling quarantine for vaccinated tourists

Chile intends to cancel the mandatory five-day quarantine for tourists vaccinated against coronavirus, Report informs referring to TASS.
“From November 1, five-day isolation will no longer be mandatory, fully vaccinated travelers who confirm their status prior to travel and test negative for COVID in Chile will be able to travel throughout the country without quarantine [upon arrival],” Chilean authorities said.
At the same time, within three days from the moment of arrival in the country, it will be necessary to take a test for COVID-19. Also, tourists will need to fill out a medical questionnaire, purchase insurance that covers $30,000 and stay in touch with the authorities for two weeks.
