Azerbaijani U16 basketball team takes second place in Türkiye

Azerbaijan U16 boys' national basketball team finished second at the international preseason tournament EVOQ Challenge Cup Pre Season Yalova, in Türkiye, the Press Service of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF), told Report.

The Azerbaijani team won all three of its group stage matches to reach the final. The U16 squad defeated Viktor Sanikidze Academy Basketball (94:43), Bakırköy Kartaltepe (65:54), and Eskişehir Gelişim Falcons (54:53).

In the decisive match, the team lost to Konya Diltaş Basketball with a score of 69:73.
