Azerbaijan unveils its Eurovision entry

Azerbaijan's Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company (ITV) has finished songs admission as part of the country's national selection process for Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
Isa Malikov, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation in the contest, told Report that 229 compositions of domestic and foreign authors have been admitted for the national qualifying stage.
The official presentation of the selected song will take place in March.
Local singer Efendi will represent Azerbaijan at the competition.
This year, the Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals are scheduled for May 18 and 20, and the final will take place on May 22. The contest will be held in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
