Turkish FM: Ankara, Moscow may reach agreement on Libya

During the talks in Ankara, the Turkish and Russian delegations approached an agreement on a ceasefire in Libya, said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
"Negotiations on Libya were held in Ankara yesterday, today on Syria. We can say that we are close to an agreement on the terms of a ceasefire in Libya," he noted.
According to Report, in Ankara, inter-agency talks between Russia and Turkey were underway on September 15 and 16.
