"We will also provide vaccine assistance to African countries by testing and launching the TURKOVAC vaccine," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the Turkish-African Economic and Business Forum.
"In the current difficult situation, we cannot accept the vaccine as a mere material benefit. We express the unique place of Africa in our hearts at every opportunity. We appreciate the fact that Africa treats us with the same sincerity," he added.
