State of emergency declared in area of blast in Kazakhstan

Akim of Jambyl region Berdibek Saparbayev declared a state of emergency in the Bayzak district, where explosions took place at a military unit.
The Deputy head of the region was instructed to eliminate the consequences of the incident.
