Russia to restrict flower imports from Armenia

Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) will impose temporary restrictions on flower imports from Armenia from May 22, 2026.
Report informs, citing a statement by the agency, that Rosselkhoznadzor will impose temporary restrictions on imports of flowers brought and shipped from Armenia from May 22, 2026, until greenhouse inspections are completed and their results are analyzed.
The federal service clarified that the decision was made to protect Russia's phytosanitary security and export potential.
