Putin expresses condolences to Erdogan

A telephone conversation took place between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Report informs referring to the press service of the Kremlin.

Expressing deep condolences in connection with the devastating earthquakes in Turkiye, which caused numerous casualties, Vladimir Putin reaffirmed his readiness to immediately provide the Turkish partners with the necessary assistance in eliminating the consequences of this natural disaster.

Specific proposals have already been submitted to the Turkish side through the appropriate channels.

Erdogan said that Turkiye will accept Russia's help.
