Pashinyan says meeting with Putin to take place soon

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he has agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold a bilateral meeting in the near future, Report informs via Armenian media.

Speaking to journalists, Pashinyan said the two sides have reached an understanding on holding the talks, although a specific date has not yet been set.

The announcement follows a telephone conversation between the two leaders on July 27.

Pashinyan and Putin last met in person at the Kremlin on April 1, 2026.
