Iran reveals some details of Washington-Tehran deal

Some details of the agreement between the US and Iran have been revealed, Report informs referring to Tasnim, citing sources.

It is noted that the document contains an important clause 13, which stipulates that Iran will not proceed to nuclear negotiations until several other conditions are met.

These include lifting the naval blockade of Iranian ports (clause 4), unimpeded navigation in the Strait of Hormuz (clause 5), lifting sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives (clause 10), and unblocking Iran's frozen assets abroad (clause 11).

"An important achievement on the final day of negotiations was Iran's insistence on the inclusion of clause 1 in this mandatory list, which stipulates the cancellation of any negotiations in the event of a resumption of military operations in Iran, Lebanon, and on the resistance front in general. In such a case, the terms of the agreement, including the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, will be suspended under clause 13," the statement reads.
