Iran, Armenia discuss TRIPP, energy and regional infrastructure

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has received Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Tehran.
According to Report, citing Armenian media, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the meeting paid particular attention to mutually beneficial cooperation programs in the fields of energy and regional infrastructure development.
Mirzoyan briefed Pezeshkian on progress in implementing the TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) project.
The sides also exchanged views on regional stability and security and discussed Iran's high-level participation in the COP17 conference to be held in Yerevan.
The parties also discussed tensions between Iran and the United States, with Pezeshkian saying talks with Washington were "meaningless."
Mirzoyan also held meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
