Head of Ukrainian intelligence says war will finish by end of summer

By the end of the summer of 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will reach the borders of 1991 and the war will be over, Kyrylo Budanov, the Head of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, told Ukrainska Pravda, Report informs.
According to him, Ukraine has all the possibilities to restore the borders of 1991:
"The protagonist of the large-scale war is the Ukrainian people."
