Georgia and Turkiye to increase their trade turnover to $3B

"We intend to increase the trade turnover between Georgia and Turkiye to $3 billion," Foreign Minister of Georgia Ilia Darchiashvili said, Report informs.
According to him, this indicator is expected to be achieved soon: "To help this process and to facilitate commercial and economic cooperation between our countries maximally, foreign ministries and other state bodies are actively cooperating. In the future, we will try to eliminate the technical barriers that prevent this process as much as possible."
The foreign ministry noted that appropriate support measures are being implemented to make the Georgian market more attractive for the Turkish private sector and investments.
