Estonian PM to resign

Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas has announced his resignation, Report states, citing Sputnik.
The 42-year-old prime minister said he made the resignation amid allegations in a criminal case against his Centre Party.
The party is suspected of providing a soft state loan to Porto Franco.
