"Ukraine's security is the main topic of discussions," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said after a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Lviv on March 17, Report says.
"Turkey is also one of the countries where we want to get security guarantees. Turkey is a country that can ensure stability in the Black Sea region. It would be pointless to talk about it only with Russia," he said.
