Armenia's Central Election Commission (CEC) has confirmed that all 2,005 polling stations have opened for the parliamentary elections and reported technical problems encountered during voting.
Report informs that CEC Chairman Vahagn Hovakimyan said this at a press conference broadcast on the commission's YouTube channel.
According to him, technical malfunctions were recorded at several polling stations, particularly discrepancies between voters' voting numbers in the printed and electronic versions of the voter list.
He emphasized that all polling stations were operating normally.
