Acting Armenian Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan is on a visit to Moscow, Report mentions, referring to Sputnik Armenia.
"In the morning of May 27, Vagharshak Harutyunyan left for Moscow as part of military-political cooperation," said Andranik Kocharyan, chairman of the Armenian parliament's defense and national security commission.
