28 suspected ISIS members detained in Türkiye

Twenty-eight people have been detained in Türkiye on suspicion of involvement in the terrorist group ISIS, Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya wrote on X, Report informs.
The arrest operations were carried out in nine provinces of the country jointly by the counter-terrorism and intelligence departments.
In total, 28 people suspected of involvement in terrorist activities within ISIS were detained, and a large amount of foreign currency was confiscated.
Yerlikaya assured that the security forces will continue to resolutely fight terrorism “until the terrorist threat in the country is completely eradicated.”
