A new COVID-19 variant discovered in the UK is more contagious. David Nabarro, World Health Organization COVID-19 Special Envoy, told Sky News, Report says.
Moreover, he noted that this type of virus does not seem dangerous.
"The evidence suggests that it will not radically change priorities in the fight against the virus in the United Kingdom," Navarro said.
However, the WHO special envoy urged people to be vigilant in the pandemic situation.
