The US will monitor compliance with the agreements that delegations from Kyiv and Washington reached in Saudi Arabia, and third countries could also play roles, Volodymyr Zelenskyy told journalists, Report informs via TASS.
"We understand that in fact, we have agreements with the US, and for us, the US is the one responsible for monitoring. As for third countries <...> it could be Türkiye when it’s about the sea. And as for the energy industry, it could be Saudi Arabia. Right now, it’s all just ‘could be.’ Someone has to monitor it all," Zelenskyy said.
He pointed out that agreements on a ceasefire in the Black Sea and a ban on strikes against energy sites had been reached in Saudi Arabia.
