Another attempt at a counter-offensive by the Ukrainian armed forces with assistance from Western countries is not excluded, Colonel General Sergey Rudskoy, chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff and First Deputy Chief of the General Staff, said in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper, Report informs, citing TASS.
"The Ukrainian armed forces still retain their combat capability to conduct active operations. In the future, provided there is large-scale military assistance from the West, another attempt at a counter-offensive cannot be ruled out," he said.
