Ukraine, the US, and the EU have formulated a list of conditions for Russia to end war, according to NBC News, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.
The document will be delivered to the Kremlin leader by Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff.
One Western official stated that American, European, and Ukrainian negotiators had prepared a document containing 22 proposals, including a 30-day ceasefire.
According to the official, the document also meets Putin’s demand that the US not support Ukraine’s NATO membership.
