The US, Israel and the Palestinian radical movement Hamas have not yet reached a deal for a five-day pause in return for the freeing of hostages, US National Security Council Spokesperson Adrienne Watson wrote on X (former Twitter), Report informs referring to TASS.
"We have not reached a deal yet, but we continue to work hard to get to a deal," she said, commenting on a report in The Washington Post which said earlier that Israel and Hamas have agreed to a US-brokered deal that would see a five-day pause in fighting and free dozens of hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
