Media: Hezbollah launches strikes on Israeli military positions

Lebanon"s Shiite movement Hezbollah has said it carried out strikes against Israeli military positions using rockets and drones, Al Jazeera reported.
The group claimed its fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the settlement of Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel, as well as striking the Ya"ara barracks.
No immediate independent confirmation of the attacks or potential casualties was available.
On the eve of the announcement, CNN reported that representatives from Israel, Lebanon and the United States are preparing for direct peace talks, which could take place on April 14.
