Kyrgyz president appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has appointed a new ambassador of the country to Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the official website of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the signed decree, Osmonaliev Kairat Mederbekovich has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Osmonaliev is the President of the Kyrgyz Club of Friends of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Law and Professor.
