Helicopter crashes in Iraq, 1 killed

A military helicopter of the Iraqi army crashed while taking off from Helwa airport in Salahuddin province, Report informs.
During the incident, the commander of the helicopter crew, aviation colonel MarWan Jalal, was killed, and the pilot, Captain Alaa Salman, was injured.
The accident happened during a security mission for the provincial council elections.
The incident occurred due to a technical fault.
