In 2021, US President Joe Biden told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin that China does not respect Russia, he said in his speech in the state of Maryland, Report informs.
“I said ‘I don't expect you to involve China. Your tundra around the Arctic is melting, methane is coming out, you have a lot of problems, and China doesn't respect you very much," Biden recalled.
