Azerbaijan establishes new orders "On the occasion of victory in Patriotic War," Report says.
Thus, changes are made to the law "On the establishment of orders and medals of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
According to the changes, "Victory" and "Karabakh" orders are being established in Azerbaijan.
