Azerbaijan develops new cultural strategy

"A new cultural strategy is formed in our country," Ganira Pashayeva, chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Parliament's Culture Committee, said at today's parliamentary session.
According to her, a group of people is selflessly developing the cultural sphere: "I would like them to be included in this category to get a mortgage on preferential terms."
