Azerbaijan is an important US partner in the region, Report informs, citing a readout of Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Christopher W. Grady’s meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Colonel-General Karim Valiyev.
The military leaders discussed regional security issues and bilateral relationship between the two countries.
