Ismat Sattarov: Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan to work together to create healthy information environment

Cooperation between the media organizations of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan will strengthen the professional development of the information environment, Ismat Sattarov, chairman of the Audiovisual Council of Azerbaijan, said at the 2nd Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Media Forum in Baku, Report informs.

"Partnership between the media organizations of our countries will have a significant impact on the formation of a healthy, objective, and professional information environment. In the context of digital transformation, the active implementation of new technologies, and the special attention paid to media issues, our joint work is particularly important," Sattarov noted.

He expressed confidence that joint projects, information exchange, the study of new technological trends, and the interaction of professional journalists will contribute to the further development of the media sphere.

"I am confident that this forum will become an effective platform for strengthening cooperation between the media of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan," the council chairman added.
