Turkish Defense Minister makes new statement on Nagorno-Karabakh

"The memorandum we signed with Russia to establish a Joint Monitoring Center to monitor the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh is a framework document, and we need to work on it to complete it," said Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
Report informs, citing Hurriyet, that a Russian delegation visited Turkey in this regard. "Discussions have been held, and our cooperation continues," he noted.
The Minister condemned the burning of houses and forests by Armenia while withdrawing from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
