The Karabakh region of Azerbaijan will become one of the popular tourist destinations soon, a traveler from Romania Matei Rusu told Report.

“I think that the Karabakh region will soon become one of the popular tourist destinations. Since I myself work in the tourism industry, I can assume that in winter there will be no end to tourists wanting to ski,” he said.

According to him, the trip to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan “opened everyone’s eyes to the truth about the Karabakh region and the 30-year Armenian occupation.”
