PM: Azerbaijan to restore liberated territories based on single concept

A strategic action plan for the liberated territories is being developed under the Azerbaijani president's instructions, Report informs, citing Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
The prime minister spoke about the priorities set for the next year based on the Azerbaijani president's instructions.
He noted that all territories and cities would be restored based on a single concept.
