Italian traveler: Speed of reconstruction in Karabakh impressive

The speed of reconstruction works in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan is impressive, Italian traveler Nicola Coratella told Report as part of his trip to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan within a group of famous travelers from 21 countries.

He said the trip was amazing.

"But it is very sad to see all that destruction, though much is already done to restore these territories," he said.

Corotella noted that he was impressed with the speed of reconstruction works.

"The roads were restored very quickly, and very soon these places will regain their previous image and become a fascinating place to visit. I hope for sustainable peace here."

Well-known foreign travelers embarked on their three-day visit to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan on February 16. As part of the visit, they will get familiar with the historical and cultural monuments in these territories, the destruction committed by the Armenians in the period of occupation, as well as the work to reconstruct infrastructure.
