"Today, I also visited the grave of National leader Heydar Aliyev."
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in his address to the Azerbaijani people in the Alley of Martyrs, Report informs.
"I bowed before the sould of his spirit. I said in my heart that I was happy to have fulfilled my father's will. We have liberated Shusha," the head of state added.
