ICRC reps visit Azerbaijani serviceman held in Aghdara district

In early September, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met with Azerbaijani serviceman Jamil Babayev, who is held in the Aghdara district, head of the public relations department of the ICRC office in Azerbaijan Ilaha Huseynova told Report.
“The ICRC, in accordance with its mandate, visits the detainees to monitor the conditions of detention, their treatment, as well as to create an opportunity to establish contact between the detained person and the family,” she added.
